I’m Samuel J. Fredeking, SHRM-SCP—a strategic HR leader with over a decade in management-level roles across multiple industries including construction, industrial services, healthcare, aviation, retail, and nonprofit. I pair real HR and operational experiences with an educator’s lens, turning proven frameworks into practical solutions that leaders can use immediately. I founded Peak Performance HR Solutions to give organizations hands-on, candid partnership that bridges leadership and employees. Guided by our P.E.A.K. values—Principled, Excellence in Service, Accessible and Accountable, and Knowledgeable Expertise—I help teams align people, process, and performance through clear plans, workable tools, and data-informed decisions.
